Thank you for visiting First Baptist Church of Lanett online. The mission of our church is to reach Lanett and the world for Jesus Christ. - The next Jolly Seniors luncheon will take place on Thursday, February 11th at 11:00 a.m. in the
Fellowship Hall. The speaker for the day will be Tifton Dobbs (Interim Chief of Police, Lanett
Police Department)
Upcoming Events:
- February Fellowship Day for Small Groups, Sunday, February 7th
We will meet for the evening service at 5:00 p.m. that day for a short service and then
disperse to different fellowship gatherings of Sunday School Classes for the rest of evening.
Some groups will be having Super Bowl Parties, while others will just have fun with food and
games. Come join us that day as we enjoy time together as a faith family to worship God and
grow closer to one another.
- Christian Life & Witness Classes
We are hosting the Christian Life & Witness Classes for the Will Graham
Celebration on Monday nights in February in our Sanctuary. The dates and times for the
classes are as follows:
- Monday, February 8th from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Eastern Time)
- Monday, February 15th from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Eastern Time)
No prior registration is required, all (from other churches as well) are welcome to attend, and the
materials are free! So come join us as we learn more and are trained in living the Christian life
for the glory of God!
